At Maine Modular & Manufactured Homes, we still believe Home Building is a craft.

Your Maine Modular home starts taking shape when you sit down with us to design your house. Sophisticated CAD system design enables you to create precisely the home you've always dreamed of at the same reasonable price as most standard floor plans.

Once your plan is developed and all options such as carpeting, flooring and lighting fixtures are decided upon, your final plan is drawn up and will travel with your home throughout the entire construction process.

From this point on it will normally take only two or three weeks until you can move into your new home. Heating, plumbing and electrical systems are tested in the factory, resulting in a home that's 90% complete upon delivery.

Modular construction means you can move in when you want at the price you budgeted.

Every detail is attended to by workmen specifically trained in that production phase. Inspections at every stage of the building process by both in-plant and independent inspection agencies is your further assurance of the highest-quality construction.

Modular Homes are built to more exacting standards than many site-built homes since they must be entirely moveable without losing any structural integrity.
