| Here is another custom Cape / Chalet home we designed exclusively for one of our customers. Attention was given to all details of this home from the interior to the dock outside. The stones used for the fireplace/chimney were hand picked in Union, Maine and we finished off this home with beautiful landscaping and even went as far as building the stairs leading down the dock system. |

The major difference is that this style home does not have the cathedral ceiling typically found in Chalet's. The benefit of two full floors is seen with the terrace deck off of the master bedroom. |
