| This home was custom designed to owners specifications. The main house is 28'x 44'. Between the house and garage is a 10'x14' Ell offset with a covered front porch. At the rear of the home is another 8'x 16' bump out that increased the size of the Great Room with a vaulted ceiling. The first floor has 9' ceilings. The entire rear of this home is on a full walk-out daylight basement. We also built the foundation with 9' walls.

| Here is another custom cape home we designed exclusively for one of our customers. Attention was given to all details of this home from the interior to the dock outside. The stones used for the fireplace/chimney were hand picked in Unity, Maine and we finished off this home with beautiful landscaping and even went as far as building the stairs leading down to the dock and the dock system. |
