| We bought a ranch from Karl and Scott and couldn't wait to have our new house. We were very excited to finally be in a real house after being in an old single wide trailer. We are very happy, in fact its not just a house we purchased, its our home. It heats very well the counter tops and flooring are very durable with children. It seems just yesterday we decided to purchase our home and now we are living very comfortable. The process went by pretty fast We highly recommend Maine Modular they have gone above and beyond to help us with our new home, we are very grateful!

| Hi Scott and Karl,
Sorry this took so long but things have been “a little” busy with the new house. I just wanted to let you guys know that Stephanie and I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful job you did with our KBS built house. There are little things that are still catching my eye that I don’t see on other houses. The foot heater under the sink, the treads of the basement stairs being routered and other little items such as those. The entry stairs are not really what I expected to see, they far surpassed my expectations. Any of our friends that say they are looking for a home get an immediate response from us that Maine Modular and KBS homes are the only way to go. We truly cannot put into words how impressed we are with our new home.
Thank you
Jim and Stephanie Grant

| We couldn't be happier with our house from Maine Modular. We provided them with a concept floor plan and they turned that into the great house we live in today. They worked with us on the details and provided many helpful suggestions. I especially liked the high quality of everything that went into the house and still fit easily into our budget. And their attention to detail, right down to the finishing touches (like the little piece of moulding around the base of the stairway rail), was awesome. They get an A+ for customer service.

| After purchasing a piece of land on Appleton Ridge nearly a year ago, I met with Scott to discuss the possibility of building a modular home. Having never been through the process of building a house, I distinctly remember the time Scott took to explain the process and the steps involved. He also explained the advantages of a modular house over a stick built house addressing my initial concerns. Over the next few months, I continued to research builders in the area and what became evident was the quality of KBS homes and the friendly and helpful approach Scott had while meeting with me. Because of this, it was an easy choice to move forward with building a home with Maine Modular. After providing Scott with an initial floor plan, he worked with us for numerous hours displaying patience and making many helpful suggestions to perfect what we had in mind. We broke ground in late March 2010 and our home was placed on the foundation April 15, 2010. As promised our home was completed on schedule in June 2010 with no unexpected cost over runs. It was extremely important to me to have constant communication during this process and both Scott and Karl were very gracious is keeping us informed at all times and responding to our many questions and requests in a timely manner.Since moving into our home, we feel very blessed to have had such a wonderful experience. The quality of the construction is apparent and the design of our home is exactly what we hoped for. I want to thank the following for the professional, high quality work performed: Scott Gove, Karl Pitcher and Phil Carlson with Maine Modular, KBS Building Systems, Corbett Concrete, Mid-Coast Waterproofing, Dave’s Modular Set-up Service, Keeley Crane Service, Durkee & Son’s Heating and Plumbing, East Neck Electric, Walker Flooring, Paul Sproul Builders, Dream Kitchen Studio, Viking Drywall, Mark Stambaugh Masonry, and Tobey Moody Dirt Works. Without hesitation, I recommend Maine Modular & Manufactured Homes to any prospective customers and would welcome the opportunity to show off our new home or provide information regarding our experience. |
